The supplier of Academy products is Individual Entrepreneur FAIZALII RIZOZODA, trading as Alehance Storage Academy ("Alehance").

Website purpose

This website presents Alehance Storage services and the Alehance Storage Academy. The Academy offers recorded digital courses, books, templates, practical exercises, tests, and completion certificates. The storage service is not a live data upload portal and does not accept customer files or production credentials through this website.

Academy purchases and delivery

Academy courses are one-time digital purchases unless a checkout clearly states otherwise. The course description, price, currency, included materials, and access period shown before payment form part of the purchase. Access instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout after successful payment.

Paddle acts as merchant of record for Academy payments. Paddle processes the payment, applicable sales taxes, receipts, chargebacks, and approved refunds under its buyer terms and applicable law.

Certificates and outcomes

Academy certificates confirm completion of a private educational program. They are not government-issued degrees. Employment, professional licensing, business results, and income are not guaranteed.

Review before deployment

Every project starts with a review of data volume, access model, retention, recovery expectations, provider responsibility, and commercial scope. Provisioning starts only after written agreement, payment terms, and operational boundaries are accepted.

No automatic commitments

Availability, regions, legal terms, data processing obligations, security commitments, support procedure, and provider responsibilities are defined only in project-specific written documents.

Customer responsibility

Customers must not submit passwords, access keys, private links, regulated data, confidential files, or production credentials through the website contact form.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the Alehance Storage service model, legal documents, and operating process mature.
