Individual Entrepreneur FAIZALII RIZOZODA, trading as Alehance Storage Academy ("Alehance"), is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

Alehance Storage uses website forms to receive storage review, Academy access, and partnership requests and to respond to the person or organization that submitted the request.

Information we request

Forms may ask for name, email, organization, course interest, estimated storage volume, and a short message about the request.

Information not requested

Do not send passwords, access keys, bank details, confidential files, private links, regulated data, or personal data that is not needed for a first storage review.

How requests are handled

Requests are routed to the Alehance working email for qualification. A formal agreement and separate data-processing terms are required before customer data, production access, storage credentials, or confidential materials are accepted.

Academy checkout

Paddle acts as merchant of record for Academy purchases. Payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction data entered in Paddle Checkout is processed by Paddle under its privacy notice. Alehance receives the purchase and customer details needed to deliver course access and support the order; Alehance does not receive full card details.

Service providers and infrastructure

Infrastructure, email, hosting, CRM, and storage providers may be reviewed as part of the commercial process. Provider responsibilities, regions, operational terms, and data handling terms are defined only in written project documents.
