Managed storage, backup, and archive support

Alehance Storage

A guided storage review and managed setup path for teams that need protected cloud storage, clean access rules, backup planning, and archive-ready data spaces.

Storage review first We map data volume, access, retention, and risk before any data transfer.
Managed setup Storage spaces, roles, lifecycle rules, documentation, and support path.
No blind migration Customer data is not accepted until the agreement, scope, and payment are clear.

What we prepare

A practical storage layer for operational teams.

Alehance Storage helps organizations move from scattered files and uncertain backups into a managed storage workflow with clear boundaries, support, and reporting.

01

Object Storage Planning

S3-compatible storage scope, bucket model, data classes, access rules, and region questions.

02

Backup and Archive

Retention depth, versioning, off-site copies, recovery checks, and archive rules.

03

Access and Reporting

Roles, onboarding notes, usage review, monthly reporting, and support workflow.

04

Deployment Support

Setup coordination, migration plan, restore test, and handoff documents after the review.

Working process

Start with a review, then decide the setup.

The first step is a storage review. It defines what needs to be stored, who needs access, how long data should be retained, and what must be documented before launch.

After the review, the customer receives a setup path and a monthly operating estimate. Only then do we move into provisioning and onboarding.

Review Data volume, risk, access, retention, recovery expectations
Plan Storage architecture, operating rules, documents, monthly estimate
Launch Setup, roles, support path, reporting, restore-test schedule

Security baseline

A careful baseline before sensitive data moves.

Each project is checked around access, retention, recovery, provider responsibility, and customer obligations. Availability, support procedure, and operating boundaries are handled only in a written agreement.

Access and identity

Separate customer spaces, role-based access, least-privilege administration, and handoff notes.

Data protection

TLS in transit, encryption options, lifecycle rules, retention policies, and restore planning.

Operational visibility

Usage review, support process, monthly reporting, and documented next steps.

Provider review

Infrastructure provider, region, compliance materials, and responsibilities are reviewed before deployment.

Readiness checklist

Built for teams that need order before scale.

The first release focuses on storage, backup, archive, access, reporting, and support. Advanced data workflows can be reviewed later as a separate scope.

The site does not accept customer data directly. It only starts a commercial review and qualification process.

Good first projects

  • Off-site backup for internal project data
  • Department file archives and research materials
  • Media, video, and lecture library storage
  • Client file spaces for small B2B service providers
  • Budget-controlled storage with usage reporting
  • Recovery-ready storage for critical working files

Storage review

Request the first storage review.

Tell us what you need to store, protect, or archive. We will respond with the next step for a paid diagnostic review. No data transfer starts from this form.
